Our CSR film for Avanade shortlisted for Clarion Award 2014
We're delighted to announce that our recent series of films for Avanade have been shortlisted for an EVCOM Clarion Award. The EVCOM (previously IVCA) Clarion awards are recognised as one of the UK’s leading awards for the communication of CSR, social and ethical debate, diversity and inclusion and those working in education, health, social welfare and charity.
Forget the old images of geeks sitting in front of computers all day - Innovation, Collaboration and Creativity are the new tenets of technology. This film shows how Avanade is committed to breaking down the stereotypes, shows the variety of exciting roles in technology and what technology looks like in today’s ever-changing world. It shows technology as a creative, attractive and dynamic career path for young people whilst also specifically redressing the gender imbalance in the industry.
The film has been fully incorporated into Avanade’s Outreach activities and has been shown at school and university presentations and careers fairs events and across their internal global business, across several presentations and on their blog.
The awards ceremony is on the 26th September - so fingers crossed!
