Lesley confronts the horror of the genocide whilst visiting Murambi Memorial site where 50,000 people were killed over 4 days. She meets with Gasto, a man who confesses that he was one of a gang who murdered her best friend and colleague, Anatolie. Her investigations lead to a high-security prison where she confronts two prisoners, a church pastor and a former Army Lieutenant, who she believes could have been responsible for Charles’ death...

The film is a powerful and personal insight into a humanitarian tragedy demonstrating the incredible strength of the human spirit in the face of evil.
